If you are passionate about quality, process management, and continuous improvement… we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities:** *Integrated Management System (IMS) Management* * Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the IMS. **Create, structure, and update system documentation: procedures, instructions, templates, and records.** * Ensure document traceability and version control. * Verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection, in coordination with specialist providers. *Audits and System Monitoring* * Plan and conduct internal quality and information security audits. * Track non-conformities, corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement initiatives. *Indicators, Analysis, and Reporting* * Define and maintain quality and performance indicators. * Prepare periodic reports for senior management and department heads. * Analyze results, identify trends, and propose continuous improvement actions. * Measure and report stakeholder satisfaction. *Departmental Support and Operational Management* * Advise departments on correct application of the IMS. * Coordinate requests for and collection of required documentation. * Participate in supplier and collaborator evaluation and qualification. * Develop, review, and maintain operational and service protocols. * Create specific protocols for onboarding new clients and collaborators. **Requirements** *Education* * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Quality, Engineering, Administration, Sciences, or related fields focused on process management, or university degree. *Experience* * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management systems, processes, and internal audits. * Experience in document management. *Knowledge* * ISO 9001 (highly desirable). * ISO 27001 (highly desirable). * Process-based management. * Proficiency in office software and document management systems. *Competencies* * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement. *What We Offer* * Join a growing team. * Participate in high-impact strategic projects. * Dynamic, collaborative, and excellence-oriented environment. * Dental and veterinary insurance coverage.
