*The position will join the Organization Department team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and evolving the BPM (Business Process Management) methodology across the Group. The candidate’s mission will be to drive a robust, cross-functional process-based management approach, systematically integrating the identification, analysis, and mitigation of operational and compliance risks (Risk Management), ensuring efficiency, internal control, and alignment of processes with the business’s strategic objectives.* **What you’ll do**: * Map, analyze, and document end-to-end business processes (AS-IS model), incorporating risk management, operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement perspectives. * Identify improvement opportunities and formulate realistic recommendations aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and the experience of both internal and external customers. * Support various departments in designing new end-to-end business processes (TO-BE model). * Document processes using walkthrough papers, flowcharts, policies, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring consistency and standardization. * Promote a process-oriented management culture, fostering a cross-functional mindset, reducing siloed work, and guiding teams through cultural change. * Facilitate consensus among departments by mediating and articulating needs to build processes aligned with strategic and operational objectives. * Advise the organization on business best practices, documentation standardization, and adoption of corporate methodologies. **What we’re looking for**: * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Industrial Organization, Information Systems, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in internal or external process consulting, BPM, or continuous improvement; experience in retail, supermarkets, or food industry is especially valued. * Knowledge of BPM and process management methodologies, Lean, ISO standards, Six Sigma or similar, and proficiency in process documentation tools (Visio—preferred, BPMN, etc.). * Strong analytical ability, holistic business vision, and results orientation, combined with excellent communication skills, methodological rigor, and a practical approach. * Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate agreements, and collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas. * On-site work at our headquarters in Irun (Gipuzkoa). **What we offer**: * Direct involvement in strategic organizational transformation projects within a company growing in a sector undergoing full transformation. * A highly visible role with cross-functional impact, as part of an innovation-focused, continuously improving, and digitally transforming team operating in a collaborative environment. * Full-time position, flexible working hours, and occasional remote work options. * Competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
