PROFESSIONAL PROFILE · Architect specialized in interior architecture. · Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and architectural visualization. · Interest in and experience with emerging technologies applied to architecture. RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS · Revit (BIM environment). · Proficiency in 3D modeling and architectural rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools). (Key requirement) · Proficiency in AI tools applied to design and architecture. · Demonstrable experience in interior architecture projects. · Strong aesthetic judgment, precision, and attention to detail. · Knowledge of additional languages, especially English. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Development of interior architecture projects across all phases. · Advanced 3D modeling and production of high-quality renders. · Application of AI tools to optimize creative and technical processes. · Graphic and technical support for architectural projects. · Coordination with the design team and project management. REQUIREMENTS · Degree in Architecture or related field. · Demonstrable proficiency in rendering software. · Prior experience in interior architecture. · Teamwork capability and autonomy. · Residence in Málaga or willingness to work in the area.
