The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all wind turbine components and manufacturing and assembly processes comply with the highest quality standards and required technical specifications. This role is critical to guaranteeing the reliability and optimal performance of our wind turbines. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Supervise and conduct quality inspections at all stages of the wind turbine component lifecycle—from material receipt through to final assembly. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and applicable regulations (national and international). * Identify and document non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and other types of tests as required. * Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues. * Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and actions taken. * Ensure proper use and calibration of measurement and testing equipment. * Participate in internal and external quality audits. * Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes. **Job Requirements** ------------------------- * Technical or university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years’ experience** as a Quality Inspector, preferably in the wind energy or industrial sector. * In-depth knowledge of quality regulations and standards applicable to the wind industry (e.g., IEC, ISO). * Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures. * Proficiency with dimensional measurement tools and testing equipment. * Ability to effectively identify and analyze quality issues. * Skill in clearly and concisely documenting and communicating findings. * Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques is desirable. * Technical English proficiency is a plus. * Proactivity, rigor, and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- * Certifications in quality inspection or non-destructive testing. * Experience managing non-conformities and action plans. * Familiarity with quality management software. **What We Offer** ------------------- * Opportunity to join a growing company in the renewable energy sector. * Professional development and continuous training opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative working environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
