We are looking to hire an HSE Supervisor for the construction execution phase of a Recycling Plant located in Torija (Guadalajara). What will be your mission? * Supervise Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) during the construction of the Aluminum Recycling Plant. * Manage Occupational Health and Safety on construction sites, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and client standards. * Lead and participate in HSE meetings with the client and contractors. * Supervise work carried out under the Planned Work Permit (PTP) system. * Conduct HSE inductions for contractor workers requesting site access. * Carry out and coordinate field inspections, on-site activities, and their follow-up. * Manage environmental aspects, particularly waste management. What are we looking for? * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles on industrial construction projects. * Demonstrable experience in HSE supervision on construction sites, and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety applied to construction, as well as Environmental Management. * Practical knowledge and experience in industrial waste management. * Ability to coordinate teams, contractors, and on-site activities.
