Your responsibilities will include: * Drafting technical proposals for landscaping works and services, guaranteeing excellence and competitiveness. * Conducting economic studies and analyses of tenders, evaluating costs and project feasibility. * Preparing inventories of green areas for works and services, including on-site analysis when required. * Creating planimetry using GIS software. * Thorough review and analysis of tender specifications and technical documentation. * Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and prepare budgets. * Coordinating with the administrative team for preparation of tender documentation. * Applying public procurement regulations and managing requests for quotations. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract with professional development prospects. * Fixed salary (starting from €28,000 gross annually, depending on qualifications) + performance-based variable pay. * Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00; Friday, 8:00–15:00. * Remote work option after adaptation period (3–6 months). * Holidays: 22 working days per year. * Full resources for performing your job (laptop, mobile phone, necessary software, etc.). * Opportunity for professional growth in an innovative and expanding sector.
