We would like you to be accustomed to managing projects with high-level planning skills, a clear results-oriented mindset, enjoy teamwork, and possess strong communication skills. Our ideal candidate is a technical engineer who will join our business line ***SGS Productivity by Leansis.*** ***Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:*** * Process assessment and improvement; implementation of the LEAN Continuous Improvement System across various company departments and client sites. * Project development, definition of implementation plans, and management of their consolidation. * Driving business growth and identifying new opportunities. * Conducting Value Stream Mapping (VSM) analyses of industrial and administrative processes. * Delivering LEAN methodology training to client teams. **Requirements** **What profile are we looking for?** * A university degree in Engineering or Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Over 5 years’ experience implementing Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies in industrial environments, and/or experience as Operations/Production/Logistics/Quality/Projects/Maintenance Manager in an industrial company with a high degree of Lean methodology implementation. * Experience in product development and project management using agile methodologies, as well as prior consulting experience, will be valued. * Six Sigma knowledge will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * English level C1; knowledge of additional languages such as French or German will also be valued. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. **Additional Information** **Why SGS?** * We offer a hybrid working model that enables you to deliver value while meeting your personal needs. * We provide an internal training program to support your professional development within the organization. * At SGS, we care about people—and we will be by your side to ensure you feel fully welcomed at all times.
