




Job Summary: The Change Management Specialist will support transformation programs and Seidor’s Master Systems Plan, facilitating the smooth adoption of changes in processes, systems, and culture. Foster adoption and commitment to new initiatives. **ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Change Management Specialist**, you will support the execution of transformation programs and Seidor’s Master Systems Plan to **ensure smooth adoption of changes in processes, systems, and organizational culture**. Your mission is to collaborate with the IT Transformation, Talent, and Marketing teams in **designing communication and training plans that facilitate the transition** from the current state to the desired state—conducting impact analyses and reinforcing staff adoption of and commitment to new initiatives. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- * Primary operational owner of the change management plan for Seidor’s Master Systems Plan. * Participate in the **development of change management plans and communication and training strategies**: collaborate in stakeholder identification, assess potential impacts, and help design mitigation plans. * Collaborate in the **definition and rollout of communication and training plans**: create visual materials, draft content, segment audiences, and support the execution of internal communication campaigns and training sessions. * Conduct **“As-Is” situation analysis and define the “To-Be” state to understand organizational impacts and formulate change strategies**, jointly with the Transformation team. * Support the **identification of learning needs and management of training programs**, participating in the planning and delivery of workshops and trainings to foster understanding and adoption of change. * Engage in **communication with various stakeholders, facilitating information flow**, resolving questions, and serving as a liaison between business units, corporate departments, and IT. * **Collaborate with the Process Excellence team to ensure consistency between proposed changes and documentation of operational and systems processes.** * **Support measurement and monitoring of adoption KPIs**, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management including metrics on progress, resistance, and risks. * **Promote a culture of continuous improvement by participating in innovation forums, creativity workshops, and sharing best practices in change management.** * **Support the creation and development of a global IT Community as a lever for adoption**, including publishing news, organizing content, managing a network of champions and collaboration channels, maintaining repositories of materials, and enhancing visibility of services available to teams. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Academic background:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s degree or specialized training in Change Management or Transformation is desirable. * **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in change management, training, and/or internal communications projects. Experience in technology-driven environments or system transformation programs is highly valued. * Knowledge of **change methodologies and frameworks**, such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Lean Change management models; PROSCI or similar certifications are valued. * **Analytical skills:** ability to interpret data and draw conclusions; proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); basic process mapping knowledge. * **Communication skills:** effective verbal and written communication, adapting messages to diverse audiences and managing the change narrative. * **Teamwork:** ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, encouraging creativity and respecting diverse perspectives. * **Human-centered sensitivity:** capacity for active listening, identifying fears and resistance, and empathizing with colleagues throughout the change process. * **Planning and organization:** ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a flexible and adaptive structure. * **Proactive attitude and open mindset:** interest in emerging technologies and management methodologies, enthusiasm for learning and adapting to dynamic environments. * **Languages:** native or bilingual in Spanish and advanced English (C1+) preferred for international collaboration.
