Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute your work, ideas, and personality to the success of our service area? **What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and allocating assembly-related tasks for our products, managing a team of technicians. This is a dynamic role requiring high self-management, with direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assembly technician team under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of construction progress and assembly outcomes, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, including identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Handover of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site-specific safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. **Who We’re Looking For** Do you have a structured approach to work and familiarity with the digital world, enabling you to independently manage your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing tasks quickly and successfully?
