If you are methodical, solution-oriented, and passionate about aviation, we’re waiting for you! **Mission** Support CAMOs by liaising with aircraft, system, and equipment manufacturers to ensure continued airworthiness of the fleet. The objective is to maximize aircraft safety, reliability, and operational availability. **Responsibilities** * Development, updating, and modification of the maintenance program. * Preparation and maintenance of “Operator-Initiated Tasks”. * Analysis and management of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and issuance of Engineering Orders. * Evaluation and management of Service Bulletins, SILs, supplier bulletins, and Part 21 modifications. * Recording and control of structural repairs and aircraft damage. * Optimization of processes and procedures to improve fleet reliability and availability. * Development of troubleshooting and reliability issue resolution procedures. * Monitoring of scheduled maintenance and issuance of work orders. * Control and forecasting of life-limited parts (LLPs). * Review and updating of maintenance data. * Management of embedded software configuration. * Development of customizable, field-loadable software. * Analysis of FDR and CVR data. * Archiving and review of continued airworthiness records. * Support in updating the Production Plan. * Resolution of technical discrepancies, defects, and deferred items. * Interaction with manufacturers and regulatory bodies to improve reliability and regulatory compliance. * Assistance to other departments in modifications, repairs, or upgrades. * Regulatory compliance management and communication with authorities (AESA, manufacturers, operator). * Participation in technical, reliability, quality, and base review meetings. * Review of verification flight procedures. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Aeronautical Engineering.
