As a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will be responsible for meeting the growth needs of our teams by attracting the best talent. Your **responsibilities** will include: * Understanding our business model to identify candidates who best match our needs. The more you know about our organization, the better you’ll understand our philosophy and values—and achieve a perfect fit. * Optimizing recruitment sources to increase engagement and implementing talent acquisition strategies suited to the market and target profiles. * Managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates, through interviews, to candidate presentation. * Reporting KPIs and monitoring timelines for selection and onboarding processes. * Collaborating on and driving Employer Branding and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to strengthen Sector Alarm’s reputation as an employer. * Contributing ideas for improvement to make people hiring more efficient. We are looking for the following **requirements:** * At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection at staffing agencies or consulting firms, with familiarity working on project-based assignments and diverse candidate profiles. Experience within end-client organizations is also valued. * Knowledge of and experience using recruitment tools: applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar platforms. * Familiarity with Canva for design and experience managing social media channels is a plus. * Experience working with KPIs for activity and process tracking. * Advanced level of English. * You must be highly organized and methodical, rigorously adhering to procedures, while maintaining a positive and constructive attitude to attract and retain our talent.
