DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Service Technician in Palma de Mallorca for the Installation and Maintenance areas, who will travel to end customers’ homes for product installation, maintenance, and repair, using a company vehicle. Key responsibilities include: * Installing the product at the end customer’s residence. * Receiving the product and instructions via digital system. * Traveling in a company vehicle. * Using tools and technology provided by the company (tablet, mobile phone, computer, etc.). * Performing maintenance and repairing faults. * Managing breakdowns, replacing necessary parts, or making required adjustments. Coordinating visits with customers according to schedule. * **Requirements:** * Prior experience in technical installation or maintenance. * Strong self-management and organizational skills. * Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation. * Valid EU driving license (Category B). **Conditions:** * Location: Mallorca, with travel across the island. * Permanent contract with immediate start. * Working hours: Full-time, split shift Monday to Friday (9:00 – 17:00). * Company vehicle, tools, and technology provided. * Travel and meal expenses covered during service. * Opportunities for internal career growth.
