Qualifications: Essential Requirements: * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions, complex filters, Excel database management). * Ability to quickly adapt to changing operational rhythms. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and customer orientation. * Desirable (Preferred) Requirements: * Prior experience in customer service or incident management. * Knowledge of Power BI (data visualization and analysis). * Experience with SAP (management or logistics modules). * Experience working with operational or logistics data. Availability and Schedules: * Availability to work approximately one weekend per month (rotating / random). * Rotating shifts to cover the Call Center Monday–Friday: 8:30–17:30 9:00–18:00 10:30–19:30
