




Job Summary: We are seeking proactive individuals with a willingness to learn for daily operations at a fish farm, integrating into the maritime sector. Key Highlights: 1. Staff is required for fish farm operations in Palma de Mallorca. We seek candidates with initiative and a willingness to learn, who can integrate into daily maritime sector activities. Tasks include feeding fish, handling fish, monitoring their growth, and maintaining facilities. Teamwork will be employed to achieve production targets and ensure smooth process operations. This position offers a 3-month temporary contract, with possibility of renewal. Working schedule consists of 6 consecutive working days followed by 3 days of rest. Immediate start is required. Applicants must hold Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or a Higher Technician Diploma in Aquaculture. A minimum of 6 months’ experience in similar positions within the aquaculture sector is required. Knowledge of aquaculture production, fish handling, parameter monitoring, pumping systems, oxygenation and recirculation systems, as well as automatic feeding systems, will be valued. A forklift license and experience operating tools are required.
