




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Technician specializing in Labor Relations to support the HR Department of the Euskadi Division, managing hiring, payroll, and personnel administration. Responsibilities Avanza, a leading road passenger transport company, requires an HR Technician specializing in Labor Relations to support the HR Department of the Euskadi Division at our facilities in Lemoa. Reporting to the Head of HR Management, your main responsibilities will be: * Managing the full hiring process for employees. * Calculating and reviewing the entire payroll process. * Communicating with and supporting employees in resolving queries and claims related to personnel administration. * Supporting the analysis of the company’s economic ratios associated with personnel administration. * Monitoring employee absences. * Handling procedures with labor authorities (SEPE, INSS, or TGSS). * Collaborating in organizing training courses and managing documentation for all training activities. * Keeping employee profiles updated in the corresponding systems. * Supporting coordination of occupational health and safety (PRL) activities. * Assisting the HR team across various departmental activities (training, recruitment, communications, etc.). Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Labor Relations, or Labor Sciences. * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations. * Advanced office software skills; familiarity with HR-related tools (e.g., ERP PeopleNet, Contrat@, Delt@). * HR Administrative Assistant with over 1 year of experience in HR departments handling large employee volumes. * Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities proactively, and solve problems effectively. Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Basque language proficiency is valued.
