What will be your responsibilities? * Comprehensive management of assigned workforce: drafting employment contracts, payroll processing, social security registrations, monitoring expiration dates, managing changes in employment conditions, and handling worker-related incidents. * Coordination of variable data collection for inclusion in payroll. * Monthly IRPF adjustments and preparation of supplementary payrolls. * Ensuring timely and accurate payroll payments within stipulated deadlines. * Providing advisory support on personnel administrative management and labor legislation. * Managing the accounting ledger related to payroll and personnel. * Processing personnel hiring activities (affiliations) via the RED System, Contrat@, and/or Certific@dos (SEPE). * Monthly submission of social security contributions (DCL/RCL and RNT) via direct communication with Social Security and its SILTRA platform. * Monitoring and recording sick leaves (ITs) via the RED System or Delta System.
