The selected candidate will join our Water Pumps business, aiming to work on project designs from the offer phase through order and manufacturing. Additionally, they will coordinate the team, thereby increasing the department's design capacity in terms of volume and level of detail. Main responsibilities of the position include: * Leading structural designs for new orders. * Coordinating tasks of drafters/designers. * Defining and standardizing design and dimensioning criteria. * Managing design improvements. * Resolving design NCs and corrective actions. * Monitoring technological developments regarding new technologies, suppliers, and competitors. * Collaborating on new R&D projects. * Providing support for Service queries (assistance, repairs, spare parts). * Driving offer drawings together with the drafting team. * Managing interactions and queries with different departments (Manufacturing, IFA, Quality, etc). REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial or Mechanical Engineer; other specialties may be considered. * Advanced knowledge of English. * Availability to travel. VALUABLE SKILLS: * Knowledge of machinery / design. * Knowledge of technical drawings / dimensioning / manufacturability. * General knowledge of FEM.
