Be part of a corporate group with over 55 years of experience **Description:** ---------------- Within the Talent and Culture Department of Grupo Pérez Moreno—a company with over 55 years of experience and presence across multiple sectors—we are looking to hire a **Compensation and Benefits Specialist** to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing the remuneration and benefits policy, ensuring internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the Group’s strategy. Responsibilities: * Design and maintain the Group’s remuneration structure, adapted to various collective bargaining agreements. * Analyze and manage salary bands, professional categories, and cross-company equivalences. * Coordinate and supervise the social benefits policy and flexible remuneration schemes. * Ensure legal compliance regarding salaries and compensation. * Prepare salary cost analyses, simulations, and financial scenarios. * Collaborate with Finance and Management in planning and controlling the personnel budget. * Support, as needed, collective bargaining processes, collective agreement reviews, and promotions.
