Madrid (national mobility) **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize the workflow and operational procedures on site. * Organize workspaces, maneuvering areas, loading/unloading zones, and site access points. * Monitor and supervise construction execution. * Organize and oversee various work teams; assign tasks to workers. * Ensure compliance with the occupational health and safety plan and applicable risk prevention regulations. * Monitor materials, equipment, and machinery on site. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing duties as a Civil Works Site Manager.
