From design through to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you based on our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete prefabrication solutions. We are seeking a **BIM Design Technician**, who—integrated into the Technical Office team—will be responsible for producing all necessary drawings for the manufacturing and assembly of contracted works, as well as preparing required drawings for project submissions. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Design drawing production and structural modeling using Tekla Structures, plus fabrication drawing preparation: this includes reinforcement detailing and rebar shop drawings. * Assembly or draft drawings: produced for highly complex, large-scale projects so the client can obtain an overall view of the project. * Manufacturing sketches: prepared for unusual components upon factory request. * Crane and assembly drawings: prepared upon request from the assembly department. * Technical advice to manufacturing and commercial departments. #LI-OM1 We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Building Projects; technical education in Building and Civil Engineering. * Meticulous and detail-oriented, capable of sustaining attention over extended periods, possessing strong concentration ability, spatial awareness, and technical drawing skills. * Spanish language proficiency.
