




Job Summary: Enagás is seeking recently graduated Agricultural or Agroforestry Engineers to process authorizations and manage land for decarbonization projects, valuing teamwork and innovation. We seek recent graduates in Agricultural Engineering or Agroforestry Engineering with initiative, teamwork and innovation capabilities—and above all, abundant *Good New Energy*. What do we mean by this? Enthusiasm for learning and applying theoretical knowledge acquired during university studies. Additionally, the following are required: * Advanced English * High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint * Advanced knowledge of GIS and CAD * A Master’s degree in Administrative Law, European Law, or Energy Law will be valued. Why This Role? The team’s responsibilities include: * Preparing technical and administrative documentation required to process authorizations and obtain permits and land necessary for executing projects across Enagás group companies. * Assessing properties and impacts, and preparing valuation standards and budgets. * Liaising with various public administrations and private individuals. * Assisting in preparing documentation (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). * Compiling inventories of assets and rights affected by projects. * Coordinating and overseeing preparation of cadastral maps, price standards, and field sheets. * Drafting pre-occupation minutes and, where applicable, payment minutes. * Supervising and coordinating negotiations with property owners to reach agreements. * Drafting payment minutes. * Processing fair compensation proceedings for cases where no agreement is reached with property owners: (preparing appraisal sheets, filing appeals for reconsideration before the Provincial Expropriation Jury, and drafting reports for filing administrative litigation appeals before the corresponding High Court of Justice). * Supervising asset management activities: property registrations in Land Registries, Cadastre, etc. * Handling administrative procedures for authorizations, permits, and licenses.
