




We are looking to hire a Primary Education Guidance Counselor at Colegio CEU San Pablo Claudio Coello to provide specific support to students, families, and teaching staff. Responsibilities:* Coordinate the EPO guidance department. * Provide educational reinforcement for students with special educational needs (NEAE). * Educational enrichment for students with high abilities. * Adapt exams. * Supervise exams. * Develop educational measures for students with NEAE. * Implement learning reinforcement programs. * Implement advanced learning programs. * Conduct psychoeducational follow-up of students. * Advise families. * Conduct emotional management workshops for EPO. * Prepare weekly PAT proposals for primary school and send them to teachers every Wednesday. * Perform psychopedagogical assessments in EPO and ESO. * Prepare psychopedagogical reports. * Manage census data in Séneca. * Handle scholarship management. * Conduct tutoring sessions with families. * Provide tutoring for teaching staff. * Attend Mentis coordination meetings. * Attend high abilities coordination meetings. * Lead high abilities workshops for Primary and Secondary levels. Education:* Bachelor's or Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, or Psychopedagogy. * Training in learning difficulties, coexistence, ASD-ADHD, and mediation will be valued. Languages:* Advanced level of English (B2 or higher) is required. Experience:* Professional experience of more than 3 years in clinical psychology or psychopedagogical clinics working with children and adolescents must be demonstrated. * Previous experience in educational guidance departments or similar psychopedagogical activities will be valued. * Experience working with students in an academic setting will be positively considered.
