Coordinates audits and ensures regulatory readiness across markets #### **Job Description** The Technical Compliance Manager ensures that regulatory and security requirements applicable to a B2B game supplier are correctly interpreted, translated into internal specifications, embedded into product and system design, implemented by the relevant system owners, and evidenced for certification and audit purposes. The role reports directly to Head of legal and Compliance and operates at the intersection of Legal \& Compliance and Technical teams. It owns regulatory requirement translation, technical compliance control design and validation, audit coordination, and regulatory readiness across all active and target markets. #### **Responsibilities** **Your day\-to\-day will include:** * Analyse and interpret technical regulatory requirements (e.g. MGA, UKGC, DGOJ, SGA, AGCO and other applicable authorities) and translate them into structured, actionable internal specifications. * Maintain a centralised Technical Regulatory Requirements Register by jurisdiction, ensuring version control and traceability. * Map regulatory requirements to system components and designated control owners, ensuring clear traceability from requirement to implementation and audit evidence. * Review product mechanics and configurations from a regulatory perspective, advising on constraints, market\-specific variations, and rollout implications. * Participate in product certification processes and coordinate with testing laboratories where required. * Act as primary coordinator for regulatory and security audits, including ISO\-related assessments where applicable. * Coordinate evidence collection from Engineering, DevOps, Security, IT and other system owners; prepare structured audit evidence packs. * Maintain oversight of audit calendars, control matrices, findings, corrective actions and remediation timelines. * Review technical and infrastructure changes impacting certified environments; assess regulatory notification obligations and recertification triggers prior to deployment. * Identify technical compliance gaps across systems, products and environments; escalate material risks where necessary. * Conduct structured impact assessments for new market entry and jurisdictional expansion. * Provide clear, implementation\-focused regulatory guidance to technical stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and practically embedded. #### **Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical compliance, regulatory certification, or technical audit within the iGaming sector, preferably on the B2B supplier side. * Strong understanding of gaming regulatory frameworks and technical certification processes. * Demonstrated ability to translate legal and regulatory language into concrete technical implementation requirements. * Experience working directly with testing laboratories and regulatory authorities. * Structured, documentation\-driven and detail\-oriented approach. * Confident engaging with and constructively challenging technical teams where compliance exposure or risk is identified. #### **About us** RAW is a new studio with a conviction to create something that stands out in the sea of sameness.
