




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive chef for a hotel, responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, managing kitchen stations, and maintaining order and cleanliness. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to the establishment's recipes and technical specifications. Daily tasks include organizing and preparing ingredients (cutting, washing, portioning), managing a specific station—meats, fish, appetizers, or desserts—and maintaining order and cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and equipment. The candidate will also participate in buffet setup and breakdown, prepare room-service orders, and monitor freshness, temperature, and taste of each dish before service. The ability to propose new dishes—considering seasonality and cost control—is highly valued, as is inventory management and communicating restocking needs to the head chef. Proven experience in food service, preferably in hotels, is required, along with a dynamic, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Immediate availability to start is essential.
