**Salary:** £31,537 \- £34,434
**Working Arrangements:** Full Time

**The Ambition Coach role:**
As an Ambition Coach at Berneslai Homes, you will ensure all associated contract outcomes and outputs are achieved for the Tenants First Contract. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing and providing holistic support for our customers aiming to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
You will be relied on to provide expert advice and support to allow our participants to move forwards. Managing a busy caseload and working on one\-to\-one basis with small groups, you will be required to self manage and have capacity to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
Communication will be key to helping our customers remove barriers, access training and employment and move forwards in their journey.
**Key duties and responsibilities of our Joiner:·**
* Support eligible participants through 1\-2\-1 meetings to review their situation and jointly set achievable objectives to assist the participant to move forward and achieve their goals.
* Work with participants to understand their barriers and refer to partner organisations to receive interventions
* Ensure paperwork and evidence is received in a timely manner and in accordance with the UKSPF guidance. Maintain robust information in line with service requirements to enable effective case management and performance management.
* Undertake research activity alongside participants to find training, workshops or employment as identified in action plan.
* Provide expert advice and support in the production of CVs, interview skills and completing applications.
