Continuous improvement of platform and processes 27/03/2026 100% remote work, Spain Up to 54\.000€ For a stable project at a multinational in the banking sector, we are selecting a Software Engineer with experience in Genesys Cloud. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and maintain customer experience flows in Genesys Cloud Architect. Create and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services. Implement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels. Resolve incidents, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability. Participate in testing, documentation, and implementation activities following development best practices. Support continuous improvement of the contact center platform and related processes. Assume periodic on-call shifts (24/7\), typically one per month. **REQUIREMENTS:** At least 2 years of experience specifically working with Genesys Cloud or an equivalent CCaaS solution. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. English proficiency level B2\+/C1\. **LOCATION:** 100% remote work.
