Collaborate with site management and participate in project meetings. **TERMS \& CONDITIONS** * Start Date: September 2026 * Duration: Minimum 8 months, with the possibility of extension * Contract Type: Fixed\-term employment or freelance contract * Workload: 56 hours per week **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate all insulation activities on site in accordance with contractual requirements and technical specifications. * Coordinate continuously with site management, contractors, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure proper implementation of project\-specific HSE requirements. * Review work permits, ensure compliance, and enforce correct use of personal protective equipment. * Conduct regular site inspections, identify deviations and risks, and ensure proper documentation and resolution. * Support incident investigations and contribute to the implementation of preventive measures. * Identify, document, and analyze construction and engineering deficiencies and coordinate effective solutions with relevant disciplines. * Participate in construction and project meetings and provide technical input in client discussions. * Review contractor progress reports, support cost forecasting, and contribute to monthly reporting on progress, quality, and resources. * Monitor construction activities, perform spot checks, and support the acceptance of contractual work scopes. * Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and quality requirements while coordinating interfaces with other disciplines. * Support change management processes and ensure proper documentation of contractual deviations. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed vocational training as an insulation worker, industrial insulation specialist, plant mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification. * Several years of relevant professional experience in insulation on international construction sites, ideally 10 to 15 years in similar roles. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical specifications, and applicable standards in plant engineering. * High level of responsibility combined with a structured and solution\-oriented working approach. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international project environment. * Strong communication skills and team\-oriented mindset. * Clear commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards. * Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to work under demanding site conditions with extended working hours. * Spanish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory, with strong English communication skills required.
