Responsibilities include: * Independently reviewing and analyzing requirements for new requests, as well as participating in scope definition meetings with various client departments and involved vendors * Assessing the impact of requests on the ServiceNow platform * Providing guidance and recommendations on implementation options within the platform, aligned with ServiceNow’s best practices * Defining the potential technological evolution strategy for the Client’s Global Platform * Driving global automation of the Platform * Tracking incidents with the vendor via the NowSupport platform (formerly HI) * Supervising and supporting technical teams during new implementations * Assisting the Client in decision-making to ensure platform integrity while adhering to ServiceNow’s best practices and maintaining the expected quality level * Establishing Cross-Platform Task Management (CoEI) through a clear and consolidated architecture, as well as centralized Core Data Management * Developing consistent designs and quality levels to improve scalability * Industrialized delivery and change management **Requirements** CTA certification, 5 years of experience Knowledge of the platform in ITSM/ITOM/SPM/SECOPS/GRC/WSD/Legal Service Delivery Fluent English Conflict management and teamwork Organization
