The selected candidate will play a key role in end-to-end software project management, acting as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other stakeholders, and contributing to the improvement of clinical, administrative, and clinical management processes through innovative technological solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in the healthcare sector who wish to consolidate their careers in a stable, collaborative, and quality-oriented environment. **What We Are Looking For:** We seek a professional with proven experience in healthcare projects, leadership capability, and functional vision—able to understand the business, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the proper execution of complex technological projects. **Working Hours and Work Model** * Part-time schedule from Monday to Thursday. * Friday: intensive hours; during summer, **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles. * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or Mathematics (MECES Level 3). * Experience as a Functional Analyst and/or Business Analyst in healthcare-sector projects. * Solid understanding of the healthcare business and its key processes. * Experience managing software projects, both in traditional and agile environments. * Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR). * Technical stack knowledge: Java, Angular, BPM. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate technical profiles. * Excellent communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders. * Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and collaborative work.
