We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of **People Legal Specialist** within our **People & Culture** department, located at our headquarters in **Barcelona**. Your mission will be to support Deichmann Group companies established in Spain and Portugal, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations and providing robust, hands-on legal advice to the business. **Key responsibilities of the role:** **Labor Relations and Labor Regulations** * Assess employee misconduct in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement, proposing proportionate disciplinary sanctions and drafting corresponding disciplinary letters. * Interpret, apply, and implement applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements. * Interpret and apply current labor legislation, ensuring its correct implementation across the organization. * Advise sales management personnel (Junior Store Manager, Store Manager, District Manager, and Regional Sales Manager) on labor law matters. **Conflict Management and Legal Procedures** * Calculate severance payments, final settlements, and associated termination costs. * Prepare and coordinate all documentation required for judicial proceedings. * Coordinate with external advisors and law firms in preparing for trials and evidence submission. * Draft legal reports and track procedural developments. **Inspections and Official Authorities** * Analyze requirements issued by the Labor Inspectorate, Social Security, and Tax Authorities. * Prepare and submit requested documentation, following prior review by the Team Lead or Head of People & Culture. **What we offer you:** * Indefinite-term contract. * **Salary commensurate with the candidate’s knowledge**, skills, and experience. * **Hybrid work model**. * **Flexible working hours**, including the option of a shortened workday on Fridays and during summer months. * **Social benefits**: meal vouchers, remote work options, private health insurance, training opportunities, etc. * **Discounts** of up to 50%. * An inclusive and respectful environment where values such as equality, respect, and appreciation are fundamental.
