




Job Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Architect / Administrator to design, administer, and evolve the architecture, ensuring security and productivity of the digital environment. Optimize the ecosystem for performance, security, and availability. **ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Architect / Administrator**, you will be responsible for designing, administering, and evolving the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform architecture, ensuring security, availability, and productivity of the employee’s digital environment. You will also lead governance, solution lifecycle management, and deployment of new functionalities within an enterprise environment. You will join SEIDOR’s Global IT team, within the Non-core Apps Employee Experience area, which is responsible for evolving the Microsoft 365 environment, governing the Power Platform, driving digital productivity, and coordinating with architecture, security, infrastructure, and global IT support—working cross-functionally with business and technology areas. We are leaders in end-to-end application maintenance, based on operational improvement. This includes recurring maintenance and technical/functional support services, as well as evolutionary enhancements and new developments. We cover all necessary layers—from conceptualization and design through to quality assurance and security of applications to be deployed. We champion multidisciplinary profiles and embrace the Full Stack philosophy; therefore, experience in other technology stacks—such as backend (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.), mobile development (iOS, Ionic, Flutter, etc.), or web (HTML+JS+CSS, AngularJS, etc.)—will also be positively considered. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- * Design, implement, and maintain the architecture of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID. * Optimize the ecosystem to ensure performance, security, and availability. * Define and apply policies, naming conventions, and governance models for Microsoft 365. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Higher vocational training degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field. * Experience administering Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID. * Experience in Power Platform governance and security: environments, connectors, DLP, roles, and lifecycle. * Experience designing cloud architectures and integrating Microsoft 365 services with Azure. * Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, automation, and reporting (Power BI). * Experience using and deploying Microsoft Viva in enterprises is desirable. * Participation in automation or digital service governance projects is desirable.
