If you are passionate about combining analysis, strategy, and people development, this is your opportunity! **Job Description** * Design and implement the organizational scaling roadmap for the Production Department. * Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives with Production and HR, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention. * Define and oversee the onboarding process across production sites, ensuring rapid integration and sustainable growth. * Analyze and report key talent and development metrics (KPIs): skills matrix, training timelines and progress, turnover, etc. * Design training programs in collaboration with internal trainers and external partners, aligned with operational and growth needs. **Requirements** * Proven experience in business development, project management, or people analytics roles. * Valuable background in dynamic environments such as startups, consulting firms, or the automotive sector. * Analytical, results-oriented profile with a practical mindset, attention to detail, and a problem-solving focus. * High level of English proficiency and valid Category B driving license. **Additional Information** * Contract: Permanent. * Salary commensurate with candidate’s qualifications. * Work location: Primarily Seseña, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Madrid. * Company benefits.
