Job Summary: We are seeking a developer with strong technical expertise in web development, AI integration, and sensitivity to audiovisual and animation production, for a non-standard role that directly impacts product definition. Flexibility and autonomy We aim to bring onboard a developer with an uncommon combination: solid technical skills in web development, ability to integrate AI systems, and sensitivity to audiovisual and animation production environments. This is not a standard position. Nor are we seeking a standard profile. **Your Responsibilities** * Development of modern web applications (frontend in React) * Design and implementation of backend architecture and databases * Integration of AI models (LLMs, computer vision, audio, etc.) into real products * Work with content generation pipelines (animation, video, assets) * Optimization of processes to automate complex creative workflows * Direct collaboration in product definition (not a purely execution-oriented role) **What We’re Looking For** * Solid experience in: * React / TypeScript * Web architecture and APIs * Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) * Experience or strong interest in: * AI model integration (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.) * Content generation systems (video, image, animation) * Ability to navigate between technical and conceptual domains * Autonomy and sound judgment **Mandatory Requirement:** * PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline (Not for the title itself, but for what it represents: analytical depth, research capability, and structured thinking) **What We Especially Value** * Experience in graphics, 3D, rendering engines, or animation pipelines * Prior work in startups or product-focused environments * Ability to rapidly prototype without compromising rigor * Interest in the intersection of technology and creativity **What We Offer** * Involvement in a project at the building stage, with real potential for impact * Direct collaboration with the founding team * Flexibility and autonomy * Competitive compensation (salary + potential upside) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: 30\.000,00€\-50\.000,00€ per year Work Location: Remote
