




Job Summary: We are seeking an Economic Management Administrator to support the administrative and economic management of the organization, improving processes and enhancing social impact. A non-profit social initiative organization (a social insertion enterprise) is seeking an Economic Management Administrator to support its administrative and economic management, working in direct coordination with the organization’s management team. The selected candidate will participate in economic monitoring of activities and in improving management processes within an organization engaged in productive activity and delivering social impact. • Support to management in economic monitoring of activities and management analysis. • Analytical cost allocation and support in budgetary control. • Payment, treasury, and cash management. • Procurement management and supplier relationship management. • Monitoring of supplier contracts and support in negotiating contractual terms. • Preparation and monitoring of financial justifications for subsidies linked to social projects and social insertion enterprises. • Coordination with external payroll service providers for payroll management. • Review and allocation of payroll costs across different projects or activity lines. • Identification of opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. • Organizational support to management, including meeting coordination and task follow-up. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Senior profile: · Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or economic management. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or economic management. • Advanced proficiency in SAGE 200. • Ability to independently assume responsibilities for economic monitoring tasks. Junior profile: • Initial or up to 2 years’ experience in administrative or accounting management. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Knowledge of analytical accounting and cost control. Experience in budgetary monitoring and economic control of projects. Knowledge of public subsidy management and justification. Knowledge of treasury and payment management. Experience in cost allocation by project or cost center. Basic knowledge of labor management and payroll review. Experience in supplier management and procurement control. Familiarity with or experience using ERP or accounting management software (especially Sage 200). We seek an analytical, methodical, and organized individual with interest in understanding the economic functioning of projects and contributing to efficient management. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1870' * Additional relevant information: Working hours • Two fixed days: 9:00 – 17:30 h (to be mutually agreed). • Three flexible days between 7:00 and 17:30 h
