Carry out daily interventions to meet their basic needs, such as maintaining personal hygiene, serving meals, and assisting with food intake. Also responsible for repositioning bedridden individuals and accompanying users to scheduled activities, medical appointments, or excursions to promote their well-being. Collaborate with healthcare staff in medication administration and, under nursing supervision, perform blood glucose tests or administer insulin and heparin. Assist in caring for residents with catheters or colostomies, as well as in cleaning the first-aid kit and medical supplies. The schedule is rotating between morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Sunday, with legally mandated rest days.
