Reporting to the Department Director, we are looking for a candidate with an **FPII** qualification in Industrial Robotics or equivalent. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: * In the after-sales domain: + Accompanying and resolving customer incidents assigned to them. + Ensuring customer satisfaction both technically and regarding resolution timelines and procedures. + Performing technical closure of incidents upon resolution and facilitating administrative closure. + Keeping the ticketing system updated according to their activities. * In the project domain: + Conducting quality checks on simulators during manufacturing. + Contributing to the development and improvement of customer support documentation. * Additional requirements: + Willingness to travel + Knowledge of computer equipment + Creativity and dynamism + Communication skills and ability to work in a team + Intermediate/advanced English proficiency; knowledge of other languages such as French or German is valued.
