The selected candidate will join our Administration and Purchasing Department, whose main responsibilities include: * Recording and monitoring daily financial transactions. * Managing invoicing, collections, payments, and supplier relations. * Performing bank reconciliations and supporting the preparation of financial reports. * Archiving and organizing accounting documents. * Handling telephone inquiries. Within the same department, you will also support the purchasing area, performing duties such as: * Supervising and controlling the vehicle fleet. * Updating the product and supplier database. Receiving and verifying goods (tools, PPE, equipment...) * **Requirements:** --------------- * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification related to the assigned tasks (e.g., Administrative Management, Administration and Finance, etc.) * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles. * Ability to learn and adapt. * Intermediate/advanced level of computer skills. * Availability for immediate start. * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B).
