Main Responsibilities: * Administrative management of subsidized training activities. * Review and documentary control of student files. * Processing documentation with public agencies (LABORA, SEPE or others). * Managing registrations, cancellations, and modifications in official applications. * Attendance tracking and documentary follow-up. * Physical and digital archiving. * Support in the economic and technical justification of files. * Telephone support and student assistance. Requirements: Education: * Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or equivalent. * Level 3 Professional Certificate in the Administration and Management occupational family. Experience: * Prior experience in subsidized training management is desirable. * Experience in administrative tasks and document handling. Knowledge: * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with training management platforms (LABORA, SEPE, FUNDAE, etc.) is desirable.
