We are looking for a dynamic individual eager to develop professionally—proactive, organized, and skilled at working collaboratively. Main responsibilities: \- Monitoring and controlling supplier orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines and terms. \- Liaising with suppliers to manage incidents. \- Recording and updating administrative documentation (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices). \- Providing administrative support to the production department. \- Preparing basic lists and reports. \- Maintaining data in management systems. \- Supporting general administrative tasks. ### **Requirements** \- Education in Administration, Management, or related field. \- Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within a production or procurement environment. \- Knowledge of order management and supplier relations. \- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, email, ERP). \- Strong organizational and task-tracking abilities. \- Communication and teamwork skills. \- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. \- Immediate availability to start ### **Offer** \- Working days: Monday to Friday \- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break) \- Salary: €26,168.40 gross per annum. \- Contract: Initially through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency).
