Our client operates a large vehicle fleet and primarily works on a project basis. Main responsibilities of this position include: * Planning and organizing crane fleet and driver operations, prioritizing tasks according to project requirements and customer agreements. * Managing the transport fleet and allocating resources (vehicles and personnel) for the northern region (Araba, Burgos, and Bizkaia). * Coordinating, leading, and supervising the human team (drivers and support staff), managing schedules, incidents, and coverage needs. * Optimizing routes, arrival times, and departure times to ensure delivery and on-site work deadlines are met. * Ensuring compliance with company regulations. * Maintaining effective communication with internal and external clients to ensure proper project execution. **Requirements:** --------------- Proven experience in transportation fleet and/or logistics management, preferably within the construction or industrial sector. Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills under pressure. Ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
