Main Responsibilities: * **Customer service:** Delivering excellent and personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. * **Food and beverage service:** Executing food and beverage sales and service with the highest professionalism. * **Cocktail preparation:** For bar and terrace. * **Dining area preparation:** Organizing and preparing the assigned service area, ensuring it is ready for the next shift. * **Setup and breakdown:** Performing setup and breakdown of services in the restaurant, banquet halls, breakfast area, bar-cafeteria, among others. * **Waste management:** Handling and sorting waste from the dining area and transporting it to the appropriate containers. * **Cleaning:** Keeping necessary equipment clean, such as cutlery, glassware, coffee machines, trolleys, etc. * **Order management:** Placing orders with the purchasing department, receiving deliveries, and organizing them. * **Area maintenance:** Maintaining the dining room, terrace, banquet hall, or other areas designated for food and beverage sales in perfect condition.
