Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen! **Your opportunity:** Document management and verification: * Receiving, checking and registering delivery notes in the system (SAP, Nemetris). * Verification of quantities, references and batch numbers according to customer/production requirements. * Identification and immediate reporting of discrepancies, incidents or damages in the material. Creation of logistic claims to suppliers. * Filing and control of documentation associated with receiving processes. Operational management of material flow * Coordination with forklift operators to ensure smooth unloading. * Operational support in handling goods (using forklift or pallet truck if necessary). * Placement and labeling of materials according to internal standards (WMS). * Maintenance of order and safety in receiving areas and docks. Communication and coordination * Direct communication with planning, quality and internal logistics regarding incidents or JIT system emergencies. * Collaboration with suppliers and carriers to ensure efficient receiving. * Support in cyclic inventories or internal audits related to receiving. **Your personality:** * Knowledge of logistics management systems: ERP (SAP), JIT/JIS systems, delivery note management. * Handling of logistics documentation: delivery notes, labels, packing lists, certificates. * Reading of references and batches: understanding of codings and standards in the automotive sector.
