What is the challenge? If you are drawn to the industrial world and precision sheet metal work, come and meet ULMA Packaging—we are looking for several sheet metal workers. Our goal is to train specialists in the packaging sector to: * Perform welding, sheet metal bending, punching, polishing, and cutting of metal parts, both for single-unit batches and for special fabrications. * Work both in the sheet metal workshop and on the shop floor across various production lines/plants. * Plan and self-organize for the different operations involved in sheet metal fabrication stages. * Conduct self-inspection of completed work against established quality standards. What are we looking for? We need proactive, autonomous individuals with enthusiasm for professional development and for joining highly skilled teams, with the following profile: * Training in TIG welding.
