**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Manufacture parts** using manual machine tools (lathe, milling machine, drill press, boring machine), following technical drawings and specifications. * **Interpret drawings and tolerances**, selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and parameters for each operation. * **Prepare and adjust the machine**: mounting parts, alignments, fixturing, choosing speeds and feeds. * **Perform manual machining operations** (cutting, turning, facing, grooving, boring, drilling, threading, etc.) ensuring dimensional accuracy. * **Carry out measurements and quality controls** during the process and on the final product (calipers, micrometer, dial gauge, gauges, etc.). * **Perform manual corrections, adjustments, and finishing** to ensure compliance with tolerances and customer requirements. * **Carry out auxiliary operations** such as deburring, countersinking, sanding or polishing when necessary. * **Ensure cleanliness, preservation, and protection of parts** prior to delivery or storage. * **Perform basic maintenance and machine setup** (lubrication, cleaning, belt/tool adjustment, anomaly detection). * **Ensure order, safety, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations** in the work area. **EDUCATION:** * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training in Machining or equivalent experience * Knowledge: + Previous professional experience in machining will be valued. + Programming knowledge will be appreciated. * Languages: Basque. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** * Customer orientation * Adaptability * Rigor and quality * Involvement and commitment * Teamwork
