Through this opportunity, you will join a multidisciplinary team where you will work as a CONTRACT/BID MANAGER, whose role will primarily focus on **managing, overseeing, and optimizing contracts** within the Mobility area. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * **Contract Management:** Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, or partners. Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulations, and maintain version control and contractual documentation. * **Compliance and Control:** Verify that parties fulfill agreed clauses, deadlines, and obligations. Identify contractual risks and propose preventive measures. Manage penalties, guarantees, amendments, and claims. * **Coordination and Communication:** Work closely with the Legal Advisory Department and participate in the most relevant project claims you manage, providing support in preparing documents and claims. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? * University degree in Engineering, Law, or related fields. * Project management mindset, capable of acting as the contractual reference point throughout the entire contract lifecycle. * Meticulous individual with strong analytical ability and strategic focus, adding value to the company by minimizing risks and optimizing the contractual relationship with the client. * Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management Skills to identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies. * Advanced English level (C1\).
