Position Summary: We are seeking a Technology Law Consultant to provide legal advice, risk management, and regulatory implementation support for public and private sector projects. Key Points: 1. Development in technology law and information security. 2. Commercial interaction with clients and participation in internal projects. 3. Work on the implementation of ISO 27001, ENS, and NIS2. **Description:** ---------------- **We are looking for a Technology Law Consultant for a well-established company located in the Vitoria or Rioja Alavesa area.** We seek a technical\-legal profile with experience in implementing quality standards and knowledge of **27001**, **ENS**, and **NIS2**. Due to team expansion, we are seeking a candidate experienced in ISO 27001 implementation and emerging technologies to develop projects for both public and private sector enterprises. The successful candidate will, among other responsibilities: provide legal advice and services; analyze and manage risks; prepare reports and documentation on legal matters; participate in regulatory implementation projects and audits. We seek a profile that enjoys commercial interaction with clients, carrying out implementations, as well as participating in the company’s internal projects. The ideal candidate may be a technical\-legal professional seeking career development in technology law, particularly in the field of information security, and who enjoys working directly with clients. You must possess your own vehicle to attend client meetings in the Basque Country region; mileage expenses will be reimbursed by the company. Working hours: 8\-9 AM to 5:30\-6:00 PM, except on Fridays and during summer months (July 8, August, and September), when hours are 8 AM to 3 PM. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law / Business Administration and Management / Economics / Organization / Management Systems / Engineering. * Knowledge of ISO 27001, ENS, and NIS2\. * Personal vehicle required. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company. * Intermediate\-to\-advanced level of English is mandatory.
