The main responsibilities will be as follows: * Loading/unloading steel coils (up to 26 TN) using a bridge crane and forklift. * Loading trains and trucks. * Handling pallets, wire rod coils, bundled bars, etc., using a front-end forklift. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday on **rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and/or split shifts: 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00.** For the first 3–4 weeks, the shift will be split until the candidate becomes fully autonomous. The initial contract will be through the ETT for 6–9 months, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract based on performance.
