Do you want to join The Happiness Industry? We are looking for a Junior HR Administrator for our Eurostars Grand Hotel La Toja 5\* GL. What will your responsibilities be? * Monitoring and managing the internal personnel registration program. * Supporting administrative procedures and workforce movements related to new hires, terminations, etc. * Assisting in the management and monitoring of occupational risk prevention. * Providing information and resolving inquiries regarding labor department matters. What are we looking for? * Education in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in this role. * English proficiency is desirable.
