




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician to manage and maintain the quality management system, analyze deviations and nonconformities, and support continuous process improvement. Téciman International has been delivering customer satisfaction for over 30 years through its Engineering Services and 3D Metrology projects. The Téciman team’s approach is reflected in the work we perform for our clients. For new projects, reporting to the Quality Manager, we require a **QUALITY TECHNICIAN** in Gipuzkoa. **Responsibilities**: * Manage and keep up-to-date the documentation of the quality management system and workstations. * Identify, report, and analyze deviations and nonconformities using quality tools. * Manage customer complaints and participate in the preparation and follow-up of 8D reports. * Prepare dimensional inspection reports by interpreting technical drawings and using measurement equipment. * Develop and maintain control plans and associated documentation for production processes. * Support FMEAs for new production processes and contribute to continuous process improvement. * Manage internal calibrations and control of measurement equipment. * Conduct internal audits and monitor quality indicators. * Analyze daily internal rejections and participate in corrective and preventive actions. * Raise awareness and train teams on the importance of quality in processes and products. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Propose improvements aimed at optimizing processes, minimizing risks, and enhancing competitiveness. **Requirements**: * Technical education in Mechanical Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in document management and quality nonconformity handling within an industrial environment. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and dimensional control. * Proficiency in ERP systems, Word, and Excel. * Familiarity with quality standards and tools. * Experience in calibration and metrology is desirable. * Knowledge of welding defectology is desirable. * High level of English for communication with customers. * French language skills are desirable. * Training or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and the 5S methodology is desirable. * Analytical, methodical, and continuously improvement-oriented individual. * Ability to work effectively in teams and strong communication skills. **What We Offer**: * Joining a solid and growing industrial project. * Permanent contract. * Professional development within a technical and dynamic environment. * Participation in high-value-added projects. * Continuous training and opportunities for internal growth. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and value added. **Work Location**: * Gipuzkoa.
