Administrative position in the wind energy sector providing direct support to the quality manager. Responsibilities include project documentation management, ensuring production traceability. Tasks involve controlling material certificates (steel and aluminum), welding certifications, and preparing final quality dossiers for customers. Also includes calculating performance indicators, collecting data, updating departmental KPIs, and computing defect rates (PPMs). Maintains records and tracks non-conformities, supports root cause analysis of internal and supplier deviations, and manages data within the ERP system.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–13:00 and 14:30–17:00; Friday, 8:00–14:00\. Full-time position, lasting 6 to 12 months, with potential for permanent employment. The position is located in Lakuntza.
**Professional Experience:**
1 to 3 years of experience
**Education:**
Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FPII) in Automotive Engineering, Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing, Metallic Constructions, or Administration with industrial experience—or equivalent qualifications.
* Office Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with fluent and professional use of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts for indicators).
* Ability to read industrial drawings and understand welding notations and symbols.
* Software: Prior experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in industrial environments.
